Handcrafting exceptional coffee and tea for over 44 years, John Weaver began his journey under the guidance of two legendary coffee pioneers, Sal Bonavita and Alfred Peet, the founders of Peet's Coffee. Serving as Master Roaster at Peet's Coffee from 1980 to 2007, John honed his craft by roasting thousands of pounds of coffee daily and mentoring the next generation of roasters. Honoring Alfred Peet’s vision for John to create his own legacy. Weaver's Coffee & Tea was founded in late 2007, with John Weaver, Renee Brown, Michael Brown, and Bryce Inouye.
