    Weaver’s Coffee & Tea

    This policy explains how purchase options, subscriptions, cancellations, and billing work on weaverscoffee.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to our Shipping & Returns Policy.


    Purchase Options

    Weaver’s Coffee & Tea offers both one-time purchases and subscription (recurring) purchase options.

    When you select a purchase option at checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the option selected.


    One-Time Purchases

    One-time purchases are billed immediately at checkout and processed promptly.

    • One-time purchase orders may be canceled or modified only before the order enters roasting or fulfillment.
    • Once an order has entered roasting, fulfillment, or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
    • If you need assistance, please contact orders@weaverscoffee.com as soon as possible.

    Subscriptions

    When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the recurring interval selected at checkout.

    Subscription details, including pricing, billing frequency, and shipment schedule, are clearly displayed prior to purchase.


    Managing Your Subscription

    You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.

    This includes the ability to:

    • Pause a subscription
    • Skip a shipment
    • Modify products or quantities
    • Cancel a subscription

    To apply changes to an upcoming order, updates must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date.


    Subscription Cancellations

    • Subscription cancellations apply to future orders only.
    • Once a subscription order has entered roasting or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled for that shipment.
    • Charges processed for orders already in fulfillment are not eligible for cancellation and follow our Shipping & Returns policy.

    Billing & Authorization

    By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that:

    • Charges will occur automatically according to your selected schedule
    • Charges may occur without additional notice unless required by law
    • You are responsible for managing your subscription prior to processing

    Refunds & Returns

    Cancellations, refunds, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

    Because coffee is a perishable product prepared for freshness:

    • Orders that have entered roasting or fulfillment are not eligible for cancellation
    • Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and meet return guidelines
