Experience Weaver's Ethiopian Coffee: Bright, Blueberry, and Mocha Notes
Ethiopian Coffee is known for its complex and flavorful profile. It is often described as having notes of blueberry, marmalade, and mocha. The coffee is also known for its bright acidity and smooth finish.
What is Coffee from Ethiopia? Ethiopia is often called the birthplace of coffee, and for good reason. The country has a long and rich history of coffee production, and its coffee beans are some of the most sought-after in the world. Our coffee farmers use a unique dry-process rather than the typical wet-process used in most equatorial growing regions. The dry process allows the whole coffee cherry to dry on the coffee seed, in the sun, which imparts a blueberry and blackberry flavor to the coffee bean, then the surrounding skin, fruit layer, and parchment shell of each individual seed are removed. When roasted properly you can literally taste the blueberry flavor profile in this hand-roasted coffee.
