Weaver’s Coffee & Tea was founded in 2007, but the coffee story began long before that.

John Weaver began roasting coffee in 1980 and was trained by Alfred Peet, the founder of Peet’s Coffee. John later served as master coffee roaster at Peet’s from 1980 to 2007 before starting Weaver’s Coffee & Tea with Renée Brown, Michael Brown, and Bryce Inouye.

That experience is part of who we are.
