Co-founder and Master Coffee Roaster John Weaver has been roasting coffee since 1980.
After spending four years working alongside coffee and tea pioneers Alfred Peet and Sal Bonavita, John went on to serve as Master Roaster at Peet’s Coffee for 27 years before co-founding Weaver’s Coffee & Tea in 2007.
That experience continues to guide every roast profile we develop today. Our goal isn’t to chase trends. Our goal is to create coffee people genuinely enjoy drinking every day.
