    Coconut Sweetened Condensed Milk

    • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add the coconut milk, sugar and vanilla to a small sauce pot. Bring to a low boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer on low for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once the milk has thicken and reduced by half remove from the stove and allow it to cool. Pour the milk into a glass jar and store in the fridge until ready to use or up to two weeks. COFFEE TONIC

We know those are two words you wouldn't have expected to see together, but the combination is surprisingly delightful.

We suggest fruity flavors for the sweetener, but you may want to experiment with Maple or Coconut Syrup as other options. Recipe from Well Nesting.

    COCONUT COFFEE

Rather than diluting the cold brew concentrate with just plain old water add coconut water. You'll receive the hydration and electrolytes of the coconut water while sweetening your drink naturally. You may think it would taste like coconut, but the consensus is that it tastes like chocolate. (Just another bonus.) Let us know what you think. Recipe from Gimme Some Oven.

    • 1 cup Coconut Water
    • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Cold Brew Concentrate
    • Lite Coconut Milk for a creamy version (optional)

    ICED VANILLA LATTE

No need to pull out the blender to enjoy a cold vanilla coffee drink. Mix all the ingredients then add ice.Use Coffee Ice Cubes for that extra punch and to keep your drink from tasting like water. Recipe from Against All Grains.

    • ½ cup Cold Brew Concentrate
    • ½ cup Water
    • ¼ cup Coconut Milk
    • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

    ICED SEA SALT COFFEE

Take this drink to the next level by adding:

    • Caramel Syrup
    • Chocolate Milk instead of water to dilute the concentrate
    • Coffee Ice Cubes

Whip the cream until thick and frothy, but not the consistency of whip cream. Only add ¼ cup of this mixture to the top of your drink. Reserve the rest for future drinks. Sprinkle salt on top. Recipe from Dinner then Dessert.
